Month-to-Month Tenancy

If all tenants plan to vacate, a 30 Day Notice to Vacate must be submitted to our office in writing. Confirm you are on a month-to-month tenancy to avoid lease break fee.

Fixed Term Tenancy

If you need to move out before your lease end-date you have a couple of options:

Option 1: Find someone to take over an existing lease. For more information check out: Adding or Removing Roommates. The deposit stays with the unit.

Option 2: Submit a 30 Day Notice To Vacate. This will include a break lease fee.
