Only complete applications will be accepted. This means submitting all the supporting documents at the same time as the rental application.
Cosigners can send their cosigner application and proof of income directly to PPM. However, please make sure the rental application is already turned in to our office before emailing/faxing documents.
Applications must be printed and completed in pen.
Applications can only be submitted for one unit at a time, but can be transferred to different units as needed.
Applications can be delivered, mailed, faxed or emailed to our office. If emailed, please send as a PDF.
The screening process takes approximately 3-5 days.
Only first in line, approved applicants are able to view occupied units.
Applications are good for up to two months
*The $40 application screening fee is not collected until you have been approved, viewed and accepted the unit.
