Application Materials 

*No Application Fee Just to Apply!*

  • Prior to submitting an application, read through application requirements and rental criteria.

  • Only complete applications will be accepted. This means submitting all the supporting documents at the same time as the rental application.

  • Cosigners can send their cosigner application and proof of income directly to PPM. However, please make sure the rental application is already turned in to our office before emailing/faxing documents.

  • Applications must be printed and completed in pen.

  • Applications can only be submitted for one unit at a time, but can be transferred to different units as needed.

  • Applications can be delivered, mailed, faxed or emailed to our office. If emailed, please send as a PDF.

  • The screening process takes approximately 3-5 days.

  • Only first in line, approved applicants are able to view occupied units. 

  • Applications are good for up to two months

 

*The $40 application screening fee is not collected until you have been approved, viewed and accepted the unit.
